Room Heater Stoves

5-Year Warranty

• Coverage: Main body of the stove (excluding impact damage or over-firing).
• Manufacturer's Warranty: 1-year standard warranty as per EU regulations. Must register online within 3 months of installation to activate, or the warranty will be void. Registration can be done on our site.

Boiler Stoves

3-Year Warranty on Boiler

• Manufacturer's Warranty: 1-year standard warranty as per EU regulations. Must register online within 3 months of installation to activate, or the warranty will be void. Registration can be done on our site.
• Leaking Boilers: Report with evidence (photograph and serial number) to service@henleystoves.com.

Warranty Coverage (First Year)

• Grates, baffle plates, and bricks.
• Glass (thermal shock, i.e., clouding/glazing).

Not Covered Under Warranty

• Fire bricks developing hairline cracks unless fully disintegrated.
• Routine replacements (fire rope, door handle/nuts and bolts, paint peeling, bricks cracking, grate, glass, baffle).
• Rust unless reported before installation/on delivery.
• Incidental/consequential damages, injury to persons/property, or any other consequential loss.
• Labour costs (installation/re-fitting).
• Cracks due to improper pipework support.
• Damage from external factors (unadopted chimneys, thunderstorms, dampness, faulty plumbing, faulty fuel, mistreatment).
• Lack of yearly service as per the manual.
• Smoke during refueling (installation issue).

Fireplaces

• Warranty: No standard warranty. Issues are addressed case-by-case. Installation/fitting costs not covered.

Electric Fires

Aurora Series (750, 1100, 1300, 1400, 1500 & 1800)

• 1-Year Automatic Guarantee: Standard one-year guarantee on each electric appliance. For technical issues, email service@henleystoves.com. Refer to the Aurora manual for exclusions.

New Forest Series (650sq, 870, 1200, 1600, 1900 & 2400), Ashurst & Branshaw Electric Stoves

• 1-Year Automatic Guarantee: Standard one-year guarantee on every electric appliance.
• Free 3-Year Guarantee with Registration: Register at www.britishfires.com/guarantee for an additional 2-year guarantee. Registration can also be done on our site.
• Technical Issues: Email service@henleystoves.com.

Terms & Conditions

• All appliances must be installed in a correctly ventilated space per the manufacturer’s instructions.
• CE Approval for all fires.
• Proof of purchase required for any claim within three years.
• Must be installed and operated per manufacturer’s instructions.
• Purchase(s) must be made through an authorized stockist/retailer.
• Consumable items (ceramics, coals, pebbles, logs, bark, crystals, rear panels) are not covered by the 3-year guarantee.
• Faulty appliances/components will be repaired/replaced free of material and labor charges if authorized.
• No reimbursement for unauthorized third-party repairs.

Pellet Stoves (Bio 80, BIO 80Q, Elm 4, Elm 8 & Elm 11)

2-Year Warranty

• Coverage: Valid from the date of first start-up by a HETAS approved technician within 20 days of purchase.
• Registration: Required at https://trade.henleystoves.com/AdditionalDepartments/Header-Content/Warranty. Registration can also be done on our site.

Warranty Conditions

1. Must be installed with an 80mm single/twin wall flue or equivalent 80mm flexi liner with an anti-down draft cowl.
2. Installation by a HETAS approved technician.
3. Annual maintenance by a HETAS approved technician.

Not Covered

1. Damage from incorrect installation or system unsuitability.
2. Faults from negligence, lack of care, incompetent use, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Damage from transportation.
4. Modifications to parameters or chimney flue.
5. Parts subject to wear (glow plug, gaskets, brazier, firebox lining, ceramic glass, painted parts of ceramic).
