A Warranty Extension is available for some products. To receive a warranty extension, register your product in the Zendure app. Additional costs or conditions may apply. The warranty periods listed are for products purchased from Zendure or its retail partners. For products ordered through Zendure’s crowdfunding campaigns (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, etc.), warranty periods may differ. Please review your product’s documentation for more information.
Note: This warranty policy applies exclusively to Zendure products. For ancillary parts or add-on devices supplied by Zendure, please refer to the warranty terms provided by the relevant manufacturer.
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase as indicated on the invoice, receipt, or billing statement. To verify your purchase and better serve you, we may require your order information (sales receipt including date of purchase, order ID/number, and retailer name), your warranty card, and, when applicable, your product's serial number.
The following situations are not covered by Zendure’s warranty:

The Zendure Support Team reserves the right to make a final determination regarding warranty service eligibility and to determine the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, at its sole discretion.

Lead Time:
- 3-7 Business Days: Depending on the product. Once you place an order, we immediately begin processing it. The order request is sent to our warehouse and prepared for pickup. It typically takes around 3-7 business days to be ready for transit.
Transit Time:
- 3-8 Business Days: Transit time varies based on the distance between your location and our warehouse. Expect your item to arrive between 3-8 business days after pickup.

- FedEx, UPS, Freight Club, among others. We partner with the most reliable freight companies in the USA to ensure your order arrives safely and timely.
Shipping Process:
- Your item will ship from warehouses across the United States to ensure fast and efficient delivery. If there are any delays with your shipment, we will notify you in advance.
Order Confirmation
- Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email (please allow a few hours for this to come through in some cases). This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- We then reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
- If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please follow up with us at support@balbud.com
Note: We do not ship outside the USA (some exceptions apply; if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order. Some products are available in Canada).
Address Accuracy
- To ensure proper delivery and timely receipt of your package, please ensure your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can result in lost or delayed shipments. We do not take responsibility for lost or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.
Returns
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order placed on our official website, we offer a full refund for orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users). Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
- Returns & Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) within 30 days from the date received. Contact us with your name, item(s) for return, and order information. You may need to provide multiple proofs of purchase. Returns must be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be returned with all original manuals, cables, and accessories. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer assumes all shipping costs. Zendure is not responsible for lost or damaged products. Returns from authorized resellers are not accepted after 180 days from the delivery date.
- Replacement: We will replace any product that fails due to defects in workmanship or materials within the applicable warranty period if the product is not repairable. The replacement product’s warranty expiration date will match that of the original product.
